• Bi-Monthly Personal Training: Two 1-hour sessions per month, online or (when possible) in person, with your dedicated trainer. These sessions ensure correct exercise execution, posture, and safe progression.
• Weekly Community Session: One live online class per week with the full community, focused on cardio, mobility, and breathing. Recordings are available if you cannot attend live.
• Monthly Progress Review: One monthly appointment with your nutritionist and trainer to evaluate progress and renew your personalized program.
• Exclusive Anti-Age Education: Access to all live events and educational videos on anti-aging methodologies — including home ice-bath practices, breathing and relaxation techniques, and time and stress management, all dedicated to the community.
• Community Access: Membership in the exclusive WhatsApp group.
• Ongoing Support: Continuous guidance and assistance from the OLTRE staff throughout your journey.
