Refund and Cancellation Policy

– Right of Withdrawal: If the contract is concluded at a distance or outside our offices, customers who qualify as consumers may withdraw within 14 days of signing, without penalties, by written communication sent to PEC (oltreprojectsrl@pec.it), email (info@oltreproject.it), or registered mail. Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method.

– Early Termination: If a program is interrupted early without serious health reasons, the customer will be required to pay:
– the portion corresponding to months already used, and
– a penalty (ranging from 50% to 100% of the remaining amount, depending on the chosen program).

– Transfer of Contract: To avoid penalties, the contract may be transferred once to a family member or friend, with the Company’s written consent. The new participant must undergo an initial visit at the standard cost.

– Suspensions: Depending on the program, suspensions may be allowed for serious documented reasons (illness, injury, pregnancy), usually up to 1–3 months, with the end date extended accordingly.

– Company Withdrawal: The Company may withdraw if services cannot be provided for objective reasons or if the customer acts against fairness and good faith. In such cases, unused amounts will be refunded.
